Our physiotherapists utilise a range of manual therapies to treat injuries. Manual treatments such as massage, mobilisation and manipulation are commonly used during physiotherapy sessions. Our physiotherapists believe in a ‘hands on’ approach to treatment and use the above manual therapies to help in the early part of your treatment. Once your injury is settling or movement has been restored, we complement your treatment with appropriate exercise prescription.
